Our office is open Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. You’re welcome to visit during office hours, or contact us for help with service, appointments and equipment quotes.
24-hour emergency service
Call our main number for the technician on call. If your call is not answered, leave a voicemail with your callback number, address and the problem. The on-call technician will return your call.
Evening and weekend appointments
Sales appointments can be booked outside office hours with a comfort advisor, depending on their schedule. Weekend maintenance appointments are also available when needed, by arrangement.

Do you service Gatineau or other parts of Quebec?
No. Our service area is in Ontario, and we do not provide HVAC service in Quebec. Please use the community list and coverage map to check the Ontario areas we serve.
Is emergency service available when the office is closed?
Yes. AirZone offers 24-hour emergency service. Call 613-592-5770 to reach the on-call service. If your call is not answered, leave a voicemail with your name, callback number, address and the problem. The technician on call will return your call.
Can I book an evening or weekend appointment?
Sales appointments can be arranged for evenings and weekends with a comfort advisor, depending on their schedule. Weekend maintenance appointments are also available when needed, by arrangement. Contact our office to discuss timing; these are booked appointments rather than walk-in office hours.
Can I get a free quote for a new system?
Yes. We provide free quotes for new heating and cooling equipment. A comfort advisor can review your home and explain the options. If you are replacing an existing system, tell us what equipment you have and what you would like to improve.
Will an AirZone employee carry out the work?
Yes. Our installation and service technicians are directly employed by AirZone. We do not subcontract your installation, and our local team remains your contact for questions and follow-up service.
What information should I have ready when booking?
Please provide your address, postal code, contact number and a short description of the work or problem. Tell us whether the property is a home or business, the type of equipment and your preferred timing. A model number or error code is helpful if you have it, but you do not need to diagnose the problem yourself.
