AirZone HVAC Services provides furnace installation and repair, air conditioning, heat pumps and ductless systems for homeowners in Embrun. Our own technicians handle equipment installation and service, with routine maintenance available for the systems you already use. We also help with water heating, ventilation and indoor air quality.
When comparing a heat pump with a new furnace and AC, we explain the complete setup: indoor and outdoor equipment, controls and any backup heat. The Embrun equipment photos on this page include a furnace, air conditioner and heat pump, offering starting points for a discussion about the options for your home.
AirZone is a family-owned Ottawa company serving the region since 2005. Request a repair or maintenance visit, or a free new-equipment quote. Share your current system and comfort priorities so we can assess the work and explain what is included.
AirZone helps Embrun homeowners repair existing heating and cooling equipment, plan replacements and maintain the systems they keep. We install furnaces, central AC, heat pumps and ductless equipment, with advice that accounts for the connected components and the way your home will be heated through winter.
If you are weighing a heat pump against a new furnace and air conditioner, compare what each quote will leave working in your home. A lower equipment price may cover a different installation scope.
For a ducted system, ask for the exact outdoor unit, indoor coil or air handler, any furnace being kept or replaced, and controls. Identify required duct, electrical, refrigerant-line, drainage and mounting work. Clarify equipment removal, testing, and the equipment and labour warranty terms. Our heat pump installation service is the starting point for discussing these options.
Ask how much heat the selected model can deliver in cold weather compared with your home’s calculated heating needs. What provides the remaining heat, and how will the thermostat control it? A heat pump’s minimum operating temperature alone does not tell you whether it can heat the whole house at that temperature.
Keep the installed price separate from projected running costs. An estimate should explain the electricity and fuel prices, home heating demand and backup-heating assumptions used. A heat pump can reduce the work done by another heat source, but lower utility bills are not guaranteed for every home or operating strategy.
AirZone can assess a furnace-only or AC-only replacement while checking the heating or cooling components you intend to retain. We identify the connection and control work needed so the quote reflects a compatible installation.
Planning a replacement? See furnace installation and central AC installation. For a room without usable ducts, discuss ductless mini-split installation and which spaces the system will serve.
A furnace that stops repeatedly or an AC that develops ice needs investigation. Our furnace repair and air-conditioner diagnostic services start with the symptoms and equipment involved. Describe when the problem began and whether the entire home is affected. We explain the findings and available repair, and can discuss replacement when the system’s condition makes that worth considering.
For a heat pump, let us know whether the problem affects heating, cooling or backup operation. Our heat-pump repair service considers the equipment and controls involved. For urgent loss of heat, call 613-592-5770 and explain your location and the failure.
A seasonal maintenance visit is for equipment that is working and due for care. We review operation and accessible components, with appropriate cleaning and attention to filters, airflow and drainage. Ductless indoor units need regular care as well as the outdoor equipment. Report an existing fault when booking so we can arrange the right service.
Existing boilers and other heating equipment also need appropriate maintenance. Mention humidity, filtration or air-purification concerns separately; replacing a furnace does not automatically resolve them. HRV/ERV ventilation and humidifier options can be considered as part of the comfort plan.
Our Embrun gallery also shows a hot-water tank installed in a basement. If hot-water supply is part of your project, we can discuss tank replacement separately from the heating and cooling equipment, then consider the installation requirements together.
For new equipment, use this page’s quote form and include your existing system, approximate age and the options you want compared. For repairs or maintenance, request service with your address, postal code and a description of the problem.
