Rheem brings furnace, cooling and household hot-water choices into the same conversation. As a Rheem Pro Partner serving Ottawa, we can help you coordinate a replacement furnace with a water-heater upgrade, or assess either project on its own.

A practical furnace replacement
Rheem furnaces are a popular choice with our Ottawa customers replacing an aging heating system. We recommend them for a sensible balance of comfort features and installation cost.
The Rheem R962V is one furnace option we can build that recommendation around. Its two-stage heating lets it use a lower output when the home needs less heat, then increase output as demand rises.
A variable-speed blower gives us more control over airflow. We assess the ducts and return air alongside furnace capacity, so the installation addresses how heat reaches your rooms.
If your furnace still has useful service life, we can also assess the fault and explain a repair. Our advice starts with the condition of the equipment and your plans for the home.
Rheem hot water
Rheem gives us different ways to supply reliable everyday hot water. We consider how much your household uses, the energy source and the installation space, then explain the equipment and work involved.

Cooling and heat-pump installations
Our Rheem cooling work includes the air-conditioner installation shown here in Gloucester. When a home needs new cooling, we can discuss an air conditioner or the additional heating capability of a heat pump.
The RD17AZ heat pump provides a central electric heating and cooling option. In a suitable hybrid installation, it works with a furnace so the home can use either heat source according to the system design.
We plan the indoor equipment and controls together and explain the winter heating arrangement. Our local service team remains available for maintenance and repair assessments.
For eligible registered R962V installations, Rheem offers 10-year parts and conditional unit-replacement coverage, plus limited lifetime heat-exchanger coverage. We explain the registration requirements and separate labour coverage with your furnace recommendation.
Heat pumps and water heaters have their own warranty terms. As your Rheem Pro Partner, our team helps you understand the protection for each product and supports the equipment after installation. We also work with local supply houses to source replacement parts and explain the repair price before you approve the work.
ProTerra supplies domestic hot water for showers, taps and other household uses. A space-heating heat pump such as the RD17AZ serves the home’s heating and cooling system. We explain the equipment and installation work for each project, even when you want to do both.
Yes. We can review both during a home assessment, including equipment space, venting, fuel or electrical connections and the work needed for each installation. That lets us explain how the projects can be coordinated and which equipment suits your household.
We can assess a hybrid installation using a suitable furnace. We check its condition and airflow, then recommend the compatible indoor coil and controls. We explain when the heat pump will heat the home and when the furnace will be used.
