There is a simple reason for this. One of the owners of AirZone HVAC Services grew up in the Pembroke area. After living in Ottawa for quite a few years, Brent and Wendy Lewis moved back to Pembroke to be closer to family and a very special place. After moving back for a couple of years it became apparent that there was a real opportunity to offer Pembroke and Ottawa Valley customers high quality heating and cooling products and services at an even lower price.
The Pembroke office was opened in 2015. Currently located at 611 Glen Street, AirZone is proud that we are able to offer services across the Ottawa Valley. We regularly perform work at the Canadian Forces Base in the area, and are dedicated to continually improving the Pembroke / Petawawa area.
What Services Are Offered To The Ottawa Valley?
AirZone HVAC Services provides a full service approach to the Valley. We regularly install, repair, and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, and fireplaces. One of our most popular Valley services is oil to propane conversions which can save homeowners a large amount of money on their utility bills. What Brands Do You Carry?
Due to our volume of sales, AirZone has available pretty much every major furnace and air conditioner brand. Having said this, we choose to work with three major manufacturers; Amana, American Standard, and Lennox. We have chosen these three due to four major factors. First, the manufacturers back their products with warranties that they honor. Secondly, the products must provide our customers with consistent high performance and durability. Third, the brands must have innovation and products that offer exceptional innovation and features. And fourth, the products must offer high efficiency at an affordable cost.
We are proud of the manufacturers that we work with! Each brand offers a specific product that is our favourate for specific needs. For example, Lennox offers the SLP98V high efficiency gas furnace which is our favourate for a high end product with all of the bells and whistles. This furnace has it all! Efficiency, quiet operation, and a long list of features and benefits resulting in trouble free performance and the ultimate in indoor air comfort. American Standard has our most sold furnace in 2016… the S9V2. The reason people love this furnace is due to the best in class Panasonic Vortex Blower resulting in more even heating across your whole home. This furnace still meets the 96% AFUE rebate requirement, and offers two stage operation with precision temperature control. And for our consumers who are looking for an entry level furnace, we offer a great Amana product. The AMEC is an upgrade to a single stage furnace and offers the best warranty in the business; a lifetime unit replacement on the heat exchanger.

With our expanded fleet of vehicles, AirZone HVAC Services is now able to offer furnace and air conditioner routine annual maintenance to the Ottawa Valley including Pembroke. Before we had an office in Pembroke, the cost was to high to send a vehicle for annual maintenance. As part of our dedication to the Valley, we have added a dedicated service vehicle to meet demand and offer quality annual maintenance for your furnace, air conditioner, and fireplace. We offer great protection packages that include annual maintenance starting at under 10 dollars per month (per appliance)! Our protection packages offer additional benefits including priority emergency service, discounts on repairs, and a lot more! Best of all, you don’t need to worry about scheduling your annual maintenance.
