A Message From JW HVAC

Dear Valued Customer,

JW HVAC, Jim Williams has been serving the Ottawa Valley and your family’s home comfort needs for over 35 years. Jim is moving onto a new endeavour within the Commercial HVAC sector. In order to do this with a confident view of how their customers are going to be served, they searched and met with numerous companies to see who best fits the JW HVAC values and approach to customer service. They are thrilled to announce that we have found a local company they are confident will meet and exceed customer service expectations.

Over the course of the next number of months, J.W. HVAC and Airzone HVAC Services will be completing the smooth transition of merging client files to ensure that no customer gets forgotten in this change. Brent Lewis and Steve Teskey have owned and operated Airzone HVAC Services since 2007, and recently opened an office in Pembroke. Both bring 20+ years HVAC experience to the Ottawa Valley and both have owned HVAC businesses for 10+ years in Ottawa and the surrounding area. They first entered the Ottawa Valley market when they were awarded 5 Ottawa Valley Canadian Tire store HVAC contracts when that program was underway. Brent and his family are originally from Pembroke and the success of the work in the Ottawa Valley allowed them moved back in 2013 with the expansion of the business.

Jim, Brent and Steve feel they embody the same core values for a locally family-run HVAC company and are excited to begin the process of ensuring the safety and comfort of your home!

In addition to this letter, you can expect a call from Airzone to introduce themselves to you in the near future. JW HVAC will still have a presence for the next number of months and you can still call them and Paula or Sandra will be there to answer or transfer your call.
