Felix is an HVAC Maintenance & Service Technician with AirZone HVAC Services, supporting Ottawa homeowners with residential HVAC maintenance, service work, troubleshooting, and heating and cooling system support.
Felix joined AirZone in 2023 after completing his HVAC training at Algonquin College. He began on the installation side of the business, gaining hands-on experience with residential HVAC equipment, job site setup, system replacement work, and the practical details that go into properly installed heating and cooling systems.
After building field experience as an installer, Felix moved into maintenance work, where he developed a stronger understanding of system operation, seasonal service needs, equipment inspection, and the small issues that can affect comfort, efficiency, and long-term reliability. That installation and maintenance background now supports his continued growth on the service side of the business.
Felix holds his G2 Gas Technician licence and has completed dozens of supplier-specific training sessions through AirZone and its equipment partners. That ongoing training helps him work with the furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, thermostats, and home comfort systems AirZone installs and services across Ottawa.
At AirZone, Felix helps with maintenance visits, equipment checks, service calls, and homeowner comfort concerns. His experience across installation, maintenance, and service gives him a practical understanding of how HVAC systems perform after they are installed, maintained, and used through Ottawa’s heating and cooling seasons.
Homeowners can expect Felix to be respectful, professional, and focused on doing the work carefully. Whether he is maintaining a furnace, checking an air conditioner, supporting heat pump service, or working with the team on a more detailed service call, Felix brings a steady and hardworking approach to the job.
As part of AirZone’s directly employed field team, Felix continues to grow through hands-on experience, technical training, supplier education, and daily work in Ottawa homes. His role reflects AirZone’s commitment to developing skilled technicians, maintaining strong workmanship standards, and supporting homeowners with dependable local HVAC service.
