Our story
AirZone began in 2005 as a small family business. As we’ve grown, we’ve kept the same priorities: take care of the customer, recommend the right work and do the job properly.
When you contact us, you’re dealing with the local team responsible for your quote, installation and ongoing service. Our office staff, comfort advisors and technicians work together, so there’s someone to follow up with when plans change or a question comes up.
Our growth has also given us strong relationships with manufacturers and local suppliers. The volume of equipment we install gives us buying power that helps us offer competitive pricing while continuing to invest in our people, training and service.
That’s the combination we want every customer to experience: the personal attention of a family-run company and the resources of an established contractor.
The work behind your comfort
The equipment matters, but so does the way it’s selected and installed. We look at the home you have, the problems you want to solve and how you use each space before recommending a system.
Our team includes an HRAI-certified system designer. Heating and cooling requirements, ductwork, airflow and equipment compatibility all inform our recommendations. We explain the proposed system and any changes your home needs.
Our directly employed technicians carry out the work; we don’t subcontract your installation. That keeps responsibility with AirZone and gives you a local team to turn to after the job is complete.
We protect the work area, keep the installation tidy and take time to explain the controls and routine care. If something isn’t right, we want to hear about it so we can address it.
Equipment and training
Our manufacturer relationships support equipment selection, technical training and service after installation. We work with several brands so we can explain options for different homes and budgets.
We also install equipment from Amana, Moovair, Midea and other manufacturers. Our equipment brands page explains these relationships in more detail.
We explain the parts, labour and workmanship coverage that applies to your quote, along with registration and maintenance requirements. Ask about our No Lemon Guarantee and the equipment and conditions it covers. Warranty terms vary by system.
Help with the whole decision
Rebates can make a real difference to an equipment upgrade. Our team has completed extensive in-house training on heat pump rebate programs, and we help customers understand the requirements before choosing their equipment.
We review your existing heating, the proposed equipment and the steps the program requires. We’ll explain the paperwork and timing, and help you make the most of the rebates your project qualifies for. Final eligibility and payment depend on the program’s rules.
Our comfort advisors also explain installation costs, available financing and the differences between the systems in your quote. The goal is a clear decision you’re comfortable making.
