AirZone HVAC Services Return & Refund Policy
At AirZone HVAC Services, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. Because our business handles both permanently installed home comfort systems and individual parts like filters and accessories, our return policies are broken down by product type below.
1. Installed HVAC Equipment (Furnaces, ACs, Heat Pumps, Boilers, etc.)
Due to the nature of custom home comfort solutions, all sales on major HVAC equipment are final upon installation.
No Returns: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on equipment once it has been permanently installed in your home.
Our Guarantee: While we do not accept returns on installed units, your investment is fully protected. All of our installations are backed by our AirZone Satisfaction Guarantee, our extensive labor warranties, and the manufacturer’s equipment warranty. If your system is not performing as expected, please contact our service team immediately so we can make it right.
2. Filters, Parts, and Accessories (e.g., Heat Pump Covers)
For uninstalled items purchased directly from us—whether picked up at our Ottawa office, delivered by our team, or shipped to you—we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery to initiate a return.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
How to Return an Item: Items can be returned in person to our Ottawa office. If the item was shipped to you and you need to return it by mail, please contact us first to receive a return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs: If you are returning an item by mail because you changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If the item arrived defective or damaged, AirZone HVAC Services will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a filter, cover, or accessory that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds will be applied automatically to your original method of payment.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card or bank statement.
