Tech (Felix) was very friendly and eager to explain everything that was going on. He also answered several other HVAC questions I had and gave me tips that I didn't know I needed. Furnace tune-up was very reasonably priced when paired with the CoolSaver program. Definitely would recommend.

Had the annual maintenance done today and Rob was fantastic! Super patient in answering all my questions and explained what he found in a way that I understood. I am specifically asking AirZone that they send Rob for future appointment.

I had such a good experience when Travis did my furnace and air conditioning maintenance. He took pictures and explained any concerns and how severe they were and explained the measurements he took and that they indicated my units were working well. I have never had such detailed information given to me after a service call.
