The Lennox ML14XC1 is a merit series product that offers a lot of cooling in a small package. With efficiency levels up to 17 SEER you can expect to see big savings over your old air conditioner. Lennox offers three levels of equipment: Merit, Elite and Signature series. The Lennox 13ACX was one of our most popular units for many years but with efficiency level changes, the ML14XC1 has taken its place and become a mainstay as one of Ottawa’s most popular air conditioners.

I had good experiences with AirZone. Matt explained everything straight to the point and provided many options. After we made our choice, Cameron and Vinny did an excellent job on the installation. Cameron even helped to fix a problem on the central humidifier. Really appreciate the good work from them.

I recently had comprehensive maintenance work done on my HVAC system by Rob of AirZone HVAC Co. and I was very impressed by the thoroughness of his work. He answered all my questions, and left a full review of all tasks performed. I will not only be using AirZone again, but will ask that Rob be sent. I should add, that I did not know him prior to his visit.

Rob arrived as scheduled, performed the checks and gave us a detailed report. He answered our many questions about the furnace, our AC, tankless water heaters, and our maintenance contract. Rob is a fountain of knowledge.

All technicians and representatives have been wonderful! Installed my heat pump and gas furnace last summer and both have been working like a dream. AirZone's team just completed my annual service on both units in a super timely manner. Truly a great team they've built up.

Tech (Felix) was very friendly and eager to explain everything that was going on. He also answered several other HVAC questions I had and gave me tips that I didn't know I needed. Furnace tune-up was very reasonably priced when paired with the CoolSaver program. Definitely would recommend.

I had such a good experience when Travis did my furnace and air conditioning maintenance. He took pictures and explained any concerns and how severe they were and explained the measurements he took and that they indicated my units were working well. I have never had such detailed information given to me after a service call.
