DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION OR REPAIR SERVICES TO QUEBEC CUSTOMERS?
Due to the labour laws between Ontario and Quebec, we are unable to offer service in these areas. Our coverage includes areas in Ontario from Rockland to Deep River. We also offer services as far south as Prescott.
HOW SOON DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY FURNACE AND/OR AIR CONDITIONER TO RECEIVE MY PARTS WARRANTY?
The 10 year parts warranty for most furnaces and AC units require registration with in 30 days of installation.
WHAT IS THE PARTS AND LABOUR WARRANTY ON THE EQUIPMENT I JUST PURCHASED?
All products come with a standard manufacturer parts warranty (see your manual) which is often 10 years. AirZone offers every customer an opportunity to purchase an extended labour warranty directly with the manufacturer or with us. AirZone HVAC Services provides a 1 year written labour warranty on all new installations regardless if an extension is purchased.
DO I REALLY NEED TO DO AN ANNUAL MAINTENANCE ON MY NEW SYSTEM?
Annual maintenance of your new equipment is required to maintain your warranty. AirZone provides a great annual maintenance package at a low cost to ensure that your warranty is preserved, and that your equipment is running correctly and efficiently.
I KNOW THAT THERE WERE A NUMBER OF REBATES THAT MY HOME COMFORT ADVISOR TALKED ABOUT WITH THE PURCHASE OF MY SYSTEM. HOW WILL I GET THESE AND WHEN?
The Airzone administration team will process the initial portion of the rebates within 5 business days of the completion of your installation. It could take an additional 6-8 weeks for the rebate to be processed.
You are responsible to complete some rebate information and links to those sites along with instructions are all part of the “Welcome to Airzone’ package that you will receive via email within 10 days of your installation.
IT IS REALLY HARD FOR ME TO BE HOME DURING THE DAY, DO I HAVE TO BE HOME THE DAY OF MY INSTALLATION/SERVICE CALL?
If you cannot be home the day that we are coming to your home, please arrange access to your home. If you will not be available that day, you must provide authorization in writing for a person of at least 18 years old to be present in your place.
I AM CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR SERVICE PERSONNEL WALKING THROUGH MY HOUSE TO GET TO THE BASEMENT WHERE MOST OF THE WORK HAS TO BE DONE; I JUST HAD NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS INSTALLED!

I HAVE A BABY AT HOME. WILL THERE BE FUMES OR OTHER THINGS TO WORRY ABOUT DURING OR AFTER THE INSTALLATION?
No, you do not need to worry about any toxic odors or chemicals; however the installation may be noisy, so please make arrangements if necessary.
IF I DECIDE TO BUY FROM YOU HOW LONG TO I HAVE TO PAY?
There is a 10% deposit required upon contract signing. For the remainder of the sale we offer a full suite of payment options, including third party financing. Please have a look at our financing page for details and to apply online. Final payment is due on the day of installation.
DO YOU SELL OR INSTALL USED PROPANE FURNACES?
When our customers upgrade their furnaces, we always take the old unit for recycling unless asked otherwise.
The concern with these furnaces is that they tend to be very unreliable. Further, a used furnace typically with have little to no warranty. If you change out a used propane furnace two or more times, it will cost more than a new one.
It is also important to look at the efficiency of these units. If it is a mid efficiency unit it can be very costly to operate in comparison to a new propane furnace, and could actually cost you more in the long run.
Typically our customers who are interested in used furnaces are really price shopping and trying to save a bit of money. We work closely with our customers to offer very low monthly financing. We also offer 6 months no payments and no interest.
Customers are often shocked at how little high efficient furnaces replacement can cost when broken out into a monthly payment.
