Dear Sirs:
I wanted to formally recognize with gratitude and appreciation your work in rectifying and correcting a four-year-old flawed PTAC installation problem in my 86-year-old mother-in-law’s condominium.
At issue was an initial installation of the wrong technology for the purpose intended, followed by an installation effort that was so amateurish that the unit would neither function properly or be replaced. The original installer stopped taking my calls.
We thought we were trapped for life and at the mercy of a delinquent technology and installation – and were advised as such by several HVAC companies.
My discovery of Airzone on the Internet, after failing so many times before in finding a qualified service provider, was beyond helpful. Many felt unqualified for the effort. Others came but turned away as they believed they could not do the work.
Your work in excavating the old unit and installing a new and appropriate PTAC unit was done in such a friendly, competent and capable manner that I cannot express in words our true appreciation.
I would also like to highly commend the work of Scott Chamaillard who you contract for cabinetry and detail work. Like Airzone he was friendly, capable and the work was completed to our complete satisfaction.
