The global spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us. At AirZone the health and safety of our customers and staff is paramount. We put people first and as such are adapting and responding to these circumstances based on the recommendations set forth by the Federal Government, the Province of Ontario, and medical experts in the field.

We consider our services crucial and will strive to meet the heating and cooling needs of our customers who depend on us during this crisis.

AirZone takes the threat of the COVID-19 very seriously. We have implemented additional safety protocols to prevent the spread of this disease.

These additional safety measures include (but not limited to):

• • • Equipping our staff with gloves, masks, & safety glasses (if required).
    • All field staff will sanitize before entry and upon exiting a location. This includes sanitizing hands and points of contact (such as vehicle handles and steering wheels).
    • All employees will practice distancing from other individuals (recommended 6 feet) and will avoid direct contact such as shaking hands with customers.
    • When possible staff will work remotely to minimize interactions. This also includes avoiding house visits when possible and utilizing technology such as video conferencing to further reduce contact.

AirZone is diligently following all recommendations of the health community to aid in the collapsing of this virus.

There is no mistaking the challenge of this moment. The entire AirZone family is indebted to our first responders, doctors, nurses, researchers, public health experts and public servants who are working to meet this moment with little certainty for themselves.
