General Safety Policies
All the technicians that will be working in your home are AirZone HVAC Service employees.
We do not use any subcontractors, so you can be sure that the technicians in your home are trained by AirZone.
Our team has numerous training certifications under their belt to deliver you peace of mind.
Our technicians all carry gas licences. This certification allows them to work safely on gas fired appliances.
Furthermore, many of our lead technicians carry refrigeration licences. The refrigeration licence allows them to work on air conditioners and heat pumps.
Finally, all of our technicians have Ozone Depletion Prevention training. You can rest assured you and your family are being serviced by professionals.
We take safety training very seriously at AirZone HVAC Services.
We participate annually in working from heights training, WHMIS training, confined space training and workplace safety compliance training.
At AirZone we take dozens of factory directed training courses annually.
Whether it is Rheem furnaces, Lennox heat pumps, Mitsubishi ductless or IBC boilers, we ensure your technician has been trained directly by factory representatives.
We strictly adhere to any recommendations made by Health Canada.
If one of our technicians is displaying symptoms of sickness, we ask them to stay home in order to get better.
Your health is important to us and we ensure we are respecting that. If you or anyone in your home is sick prior to an appointment, please let us know so we can try our best to accommodate you.
If someone in your household is immune compromised, please let us know.
With request, we will wear PPE, social distance and continue our sanitizing policies.
All of our technicians are advised to practice safe and defensive driving.
All AirZone HVAC Service vehicles are equipped with GPS monitoring that allows us to ensure drivers are abiding by the rules of the road.
